De'Aaron Fox injury update: Spurs guard limps off vs Thunder in 3Q
SAN ANTONIO DeAaron Fox exited the third quarter of Game 3 of the Western Conference finals between the OKC Thunder and the San Antonio Spurs on Friday.Fox didnt place any weight on his right foot after falling to the floor late in the quarter, and he quickly subbed out. The Spurs starting point guard missed the first two games of the Western Conference finals series due to a right ankle sprain.Fox made his return Friday with the series tied at 1-1.
