Texas Star Painting of Austin was founded by Carter Hines, a seasoned professional with more than two decades in the painting industry and over 30 years in construction. After years of working as a project manager, crew leader, and hands-on painter, Carter saw a gap in the Austin market: homeowners wanted a trustworthy, highly skilled, and communication-focused painting company that didn’t operate like a franchise.
