Sunrisers Hyderabad captain Pat Cummins has been fined Rs 12 lakh for maintaining a slow over rate during SRHs IPL 2026 clash against Gujarat Titans at the Narendra Modi Stadium in Ahmedabad.The IPL confirmed the penalty in an official statement after SRHs crushing 82-run defeat on Tuesday night.As this was his teams first offence of the season under Article 2.22 of the IPLs Code of Conduct, which pertains to minimum over-rate offences, Cummins was fined INR 12 lakhs, the statement read.The fine came on a disappointing evening for Hyderabad, who were completely outplayed by Gujarat Titans in a one-sided contest.
