Thousands of Britons banned from hanging flags from their balconies just hours before World Cup starts
A major UK housing management company has banned all residents from hanging flags from their balconies on the same day the World Cup is due to get underway.Rendall & Rittner Housing sent a letter this morning reminding all residents of the "proper use and maintenance of balconies as per the terms of your Lease."The mandatory guidance coincides with the start of the World Cup, essentially banning English and Scottish fans from publicly showing their support during the tournament.
