Lets take a look at the key moments and highlights from Mysterio vs. Danhausen at WWE SummerSlam 2026:Mysterio immediately attacked Danhausen and attempted to grab the Human Monies on a polebut was denied. He then missed a 619 before Danhausen hit him with a suplex and a pair of corner clotheslines. Danhausen missed a splash and then got blasted by a big clothesline from Mysterio.Mysterio went for the Three Amigos, but Danhausen blocked the last attempt and crawled to the corner. As Danhausen went for the money, JD McDonagh showed up, prevented him from going up, and then hit him with a nice moonsault. Seconds later, a group of Mini-Hausens showed up to attack McDonagh.McDonagh held his own and beat them down, but one of the mini masked wrestlers hit a head scissors takedown and a crossbody block followed by a spinning DDT. The Mini-Hausens formed a human pyramid and attempted to grab the money, but Mysterio prevented them from doing it.One of Danhausens minions took out Mysterio with a flipping dive on the outside. Then, Danhausen crawled back into the ring and nearly grabbed the money until McDonagh interfered again and cleaned house. Suddenly, Joe Henrys music hit, and he entered the stadium with his guitar and destroyed McDonagh with it.With both Danhausena and Mysterio up top, Mysterio grabbed the money, but Danhausen screamed you are cursed." US Bank Stadium was very into Danhausen and Joe Hendry, alongside the Minihausens who helped WWEs premiere comedy babyface prevail over the Judgment Day. Danhausen has been feuding with the Judgment Day for months dating back to his star-making moment when his vaunted curse helped the New York Kicks to an improbable NBA Championship win. This was the Knicks first NBA title in 53 years, and they have Danhausen to thank. Jalen Brunson and Karl-Anthony Towns have made cameo appearances at WWE events as part of a budding romance between the two iconic franchises. Danhausen Def. Dominik Mysterio And Wins Human MoniesDanhausen wore gear in homage to SummerSlam GOAT Bret Hart. Dirty Dom went for an early 619 but missed. Dom quickly came back with the three Amigos as some fans chanted for Dirty Dom. Danhausen, whom Wade Barrett called a rank amateur and a failed theater kid, got a temporary advantage to the delight of the crowd, but JD McDonagh interfered to a chorus of boos. The Minihausens jumped McDonagh, but JD wiped them out. JD struggled with one particular MinihausenToritohausen, who stuck JD McDonagh with a DDT. The Minihausens tried to built a human ladder to take the money, but Dominik Mysterio sent them tumbling down. Toritohausen hit a hurricanrana on Dominik to the outside and dived onto the heel. Fans cheered as Danhausen tried to get the Human Monies, but JD struck Danhausen with a giant headbutt. Joe Hendry hit the ring and ousted the Minihausens, and dropped McDonagh with a guitar. As Dominik Mysterio tried to grab the Human Monies, Danhausen cursed him, leading to pyro in Dirty Doms face, and grabbed the Human Monies for the win. These young guns sure are hungry.Just a week after Jackson Koivun held off Scottie Scheffler to win his first PGA Tour title in just his third start, Michael Thorbjornsen held off Xander Schauffele to capture his maiden tour victory in his 65th start.Its not exactly apples-to-apples, as Thorbjornsen had racked up 10 top-10 finishes over the past few years and tied for second place at the John Deere Classic in 2024 just after turning professional after topping the PGA Tour University standings. But the overall fact remains, these young guys are here to win. Early and often.It kind of got to the point a little bit ofis it ever going to happen, Thorbjornsen said Sunday while holding the Rocket Classic trophy.Itd only been two years, but he was wondering if he was going to win on the PGA Tour? Then they camebirdies at 10, 12 (chip in), 14 and 15.
