With only six races left to go in the season, Palou & Co. know they're on the precipice of another title. Clinching the 2026 championship would mark Palou's fourth consecutive and fifth overall. But when it comes to last year's results at this race, Palou finished third behind Will Power and Christian Lundgaard. One To Watch And speaking of Christian Lundgaard, he's one to watch this weekend. While he didn't lead any laps at this race last year, he did finish second, with an average speed of 107.016. So far this season, he's got two wins, one pole, six top fives and eight top 10s. In the overall standings, he's fourth 104 points back from Palou for the top spot.

Tennessee Titans defensive tackle Jeffery Simmons is no stranger to heated moments. Simmons and Cam Ward got into an intense argument during training camp last year, and Simmons found himself in a scuffle during Tuesdays training camp session that resulted in his ejection.According to the Tennessean part of the USA TODAY Network, Simmons threw a punch after getting his helmet ripped off during an 11-on-11 period of practice. Per New Channel 5 in Nashville, Simmons punch was toward Titans tackle JC Latham."Our policy is if you throw a punch, you're ejected in a game. Same thing with practice," Titans head coach Robert Saleh said later. "If you throw a punch, you're out of practice."But rather than going into the locker room, he went to the other field. He still got his work in."Saleh paused practice for a moment after the scrum to talk to the team.Simmons signed a massive three-year, $105.8 million contract extension with Tennessee in June. At the time it made Simmons the richest defensive tackle in NFL history.
