Leeds sit 15th, just four points above the relegation zone. While Rodon has been reliable, his performance levels have cooled off slightly since the new year. Hes still a leader, but he isnt bulletproof.Now, we have the question in hand that do Leeds need him next year? Absolutely. At 28, hes in his prime, and his tall frame provides a necessary aerial presence. But the club shouldnt treat him as untouchable. When his partnership with Jaka Bijol or Pascal Struijk is disrupted, he can look exposed against pacey forwards.I expect Rodon to stay. Top-six clubs arent looking for a 28-year-old mid-table defender, and mid-tier rivals cant offer him more stability than he already has at Elland Road.
