[Getty Images]In her debut BBC Sport column, Rhiannon Roberts discusses Wales' upcoming World Cup qualifying double-header with Albania, the changing of the guard within the squad and her excitement at playing for her country in Wrexham again.The last camp was really important for us and it just showed the togetherness in the group.Against Czech Republic, it's a valuable point for us - it was never going to be an easy place to go as they are ranked higher than us.We followed that up with a really impressive win against Montenegro in Llanelli which was important to keep the unbeaten run going, and, of course, to get three points on the board.With a back-to-back camp, we haven't really had much time in-between to wait, which is actually always quite a nice thing.When you're out of it for a bit too long and back into club mode, you can sometimes forget the little things, so it's really nice to be back in so soon.As for this camp, the performance is key, but the main thing is to get the points.We want six points out of these two games and we want to finish top of the group. That's our aim.Changing of the guardIt's always going to feel a bit strange when you see the same faces for more than 10 years and then, all of a sudden, they're not there. It is quite strange.Players like Jess Fishlock and Kayleigh Barton, who have retired so recently, and the likes of Helen Ward before that, they've played such a massive part in our journey. Without them, we wouldn't have had the success we've had.But there comes a time when the squad has to evolve and it's time for certain players to move on.We create a nice environment for anyone to come and step in. It's really important for us to make the new players feel welcome and feel settled as quickly as possible.As a senior member of the squad, I've always been quite level-headed and a player that people could come to if they need any help or advice. I try to lead the team in the best way possible.Nothing changes now that some of the big characters have gone, and it's time for a few others to step up.The good news from a Welsh perspective is that some of our young guns are really pushing the group.Mayzee Davies is such a great person to have around, she's so talented and I can't wait to watch her flourish.Mared Griffiths, I'm with her at Sunderland as well, she's really come out of her shell. I absolutely love her to bits, she really is class.She's just playing with freedom, you can see she's really enjoying herself at the minute because she's putting in fantastic performances for club and country.I can't stop smiling when I speak about them and I'm just thrilled to see what the youngsters can bring.You have to give praise to the manager on that side of things too.Rhian Wilkinson has been massive for us. She sets us targets and expects the best out of us.She rotates the team and gives other people opportunities which I think is really good, especially at this stage where we've got players who have retired or players that maybe haven't got as many years of playing left in them.Wales' Ingle back to best after injury nightmareWelcome to Wrexham - Wales editionI have to admit, I've been so excited for the Albania game in Wrexham. I just love playing up north and I think it's really important for us to travel around Wales and be visible for the whole of the country.We've had some great experiences at Cardiff City Stadium, and when we've gone to Swansea, Llanelli and Newport.But it can be really difficult for people to travel down south to watch us all the time so I think it's really important go to up north when we can.The Stok Cae Ras, it's a nice small, compact ground. I feel like you can really pack it out and get a really good atmosphere.Just look at the men's team, it's such a great environment and atmosphere to be around.The north of the country has produced some very good footballers too, and you have all of those academies where youngsters are coming through as well, at clubs like Manchester United, Everton and Liverpool.So I think it's really important for us to be visible in the north and I can't wait to get back on that pitch in front of the Red Wall in Wrexham.Wales' Ingle back to best after injury woeWales suffer Holland blow for World Cup qualifiers
