CONI President Luciano Buonfiglio and General Secretary Carlo Mornati this morning presented the Palma dOro for technical merit to Simone Tartarini, coach of Lorenzo Musetti.The tennis player has been coached by the La Spezia-born trainer since he was eight years old: at the start of 2026, he climbed as high as fifth in the world rankings. Musetti was part of the Italian team that won the Davis Cup in 2023 and 2024 and, among other achievements, claimed Olympic bronze at the Paris 2024 Games.Buonfiglio and Mornati congratulated Tartarini, wishing him every success in guiding Musetti towards new and prestigious competitive milestones.
