Arnold Allen got right Saturday night at the Meta Apex in Las Vegas.After dropping three of his last four fights, the featherweight defeated Melquizael Costa via unanimous decision (50-45, 50-45, 49-46), consistently getting the better of the exchanges and constantly landing straight left hands.Costa entered the bout on a six-fight winning streak with four of those victories coming inside the distance against such familiar names as Andre Fili and Dan Ige.But it was Allens experience and well-rounded game that was too much for the Brazilian.While Allen had been lacking in the win column of late, he was facing some of the best fighters in the division, dropping decisions to Max Holloway, Movsar Evloev and Jean Silva.It was that level of competition that may have been the difference for the Brit, who didnt have a specific callout after the fight and said he was focused on starting a family with his wife.Check out complete UFC Fight night results below:Main cardFeatherweight: Arnold Allen def.
