Shiffrin and Vonn are only the latest in a long line of amazing American women ski racers. Admittedly, they have raised the bar considerably but here’s one of my favorites. The great Picabo Street. Olympic gold medalist and two time World Cup downhill champion.
She was one of those racers that I could never get a bad shot of. She was always in control and looked the business.
