The 2026 MLB Draft has arrived, and it will be a busy weekend for Florida State baseball program with the Seminoles expected to see multiple players selected. TheSeminoles set a program record with 11 players selected in the 2025 draft, and that number could be reached, or even eclipsed, in the 2026 edition. While the season for FSU didn't end how the program wanted aregional final exit to St. John'safter going 40-19 in the regular season the program had a talented squad that professional organizations will eye.Among the top prospects on the Seminoles roster, ace lefty pitcher Wes Mendes and first baseman Myles Bailey are the headliners. There are also prep prospect's to monitor, like infielder Landon Thome, the son of hall of famer Jim Thome, and Jesuit standout pitcher Kaden Waechter, among others.
