It seems like that ability isn't coming back.Manoah had a 2.24 ERA in 31 starts with the Blue Jays in 2022 (after 3.22 ERA in 20 starts as a rookie) and made the All-Star Game.Then in 2023, he fell down to a 5.87 ERA in 19 starts with Toronto.Manoah was a bit better in 2024 with a 3.70 ERA in five starts, but injuries and ineffectiveness kept him away from the majors in 2025.The Angels gave Manoah three outings early this year, but he had a 9.82 ERA.It would be a surprise if Manoah ever makes it back to the major leagues at this point, unless something drastic changes.He's still just 28, so never say never.
