In the main event, former UFC light heavyweight champion Magomed Ankalaev and rising contender Bogdan Guskov collide in a short-notice five-round showdown.Ankalaev (20-2-1, 1 NC) returns to action after losing his title in a rematch with Alex Pereira last October. The defeat was only the second of Ankalaev's impressive MMA career, going all the way back to his UFC debut against Paul Craig in March 2018. Ankalaev went unbeaten in his 14 Octagon appearances between those two losses.Guskov (18-3-1) enters his first UFC headliner bout as a short-notice replacement for Khalil Rountree Jr., who withdrew from the matchup two weeks ago.
