Report links Cavaliers local TV rights to the DAZN streaming service
According to a report in the Sports Business Journal, the Cleveland Cavaliers may be close to selling their local television streaming rights.After acquiring the streaming rights for New York-area NBA, MLB and NHL teams, the report said DAZN will buy rights to more NBA teams including the Cavs, Indiana Pacers, Memphis Grizzlies, Minnesota Timberwolves and San Antonio Spurs.The move for many of those teams became necessary after FanDuel Sports Network wound down operations at the end of last season.What is DAZN?DAZN is a British streaming company know for soccer and fight events with international rights to the NFL, NBA and NHL.
