The Green Bay Packers are asking fans to wear their throwback gear and vintage favorites to training camp on Throwback Thursday, July 30.The Thursday training camp will be the second free practice of three in a row.Packers alumni Tramon Williams and Charlie Peprah also will be on hand July 30.When are the Packers' practices open to the public?Twelve of this year's 13 free public practices will be at Ray Nitschke Field, on the east side of the Don Hutson Center.All public training camp practices start at 10:30 a.m., but the time is subject to change and weather conditions.The 13th practice, Family Night, is at Lambeau Field and requires tickets.Six of the 12 public practices take place in the first seven days.What is the forecast for Packers training camp on July 31?Wildfire smoke returns to the forecast, according to the National Weather Service Green Bay, but likely after noon July 31.
