The Los Angeles Angels reinstated catcher Travis dArnaud from the injured list after trading catcher Logan OHoppe and reliever Chase Silseth to the Texas Rangers on Wednesday.dArnaud has been out since May with right foot plantar fasciitis, playing just 14 games in MLB prior to his injury. Through those 14 games, he hit one home run and tallied three RBIs with a .614 OPS. He split time with OHoppe during the first month or so of the season, and will likely do the same with Tyler Heinemann going forward.I think well mix and match, manager Kurt Suzuki said. Obviously, not run somebody into the ground, but whichever guy we feel gives us the best opportunity to win that night. Everything comes into play when it comes to whos going to catch.dArnaud began his rehab assignment in Triple-A on July 17, and played six games thereposting a .649 OPS before heading to Single-A for the final game of his assignment. Infielder Adam Frazier also went from Triple-A to Single-A with dArnaud, and could return shortly for the Halos.Additionally, Sebastian Rivero began his rehab assignment in Single-A just a few days ago, and could bring more reinforcements to the catching position following OHoppes departure.The most important player set to return, though, is Yusei Kikuchi, who has missed the majority of the season since going down with shoulder inflammation in May.
