It's almost August, which means high school football season is officially around the corner.To celebrate the start, ESPN has announced the return of its ESPN High School Football Kickoff, a seven-game slate featuring elite matchups between some of the nation's top programs. Eight of the participating teams are ranked in the USA TODAY Sports preseason Super 25 national high school football rankings, including No. 3 Bishop Gorman and No. 7 St. Thomas Aquinas. The games will air on ESPN networks throughout the first two weeks of the high school football season.
