Recapping Daniel Jones' performance on Day 2 of training camp
Shane Steichen was very pleased with what he saw from Daniel Jones during the Indianapolis Colts' first practice on Wednesday."I thought he looked really good," Steichen said after Day 1.On Day 2 of training camp, Jones continued to build upon that initial performance.Kevin Bowen of 107.5 The Fan wrote that Jones was "very sharp" to begin Thursday's practice, starting the day 5-for-5. He was perfect during the 7-on-7 period as well.Jake Arthur of Roundtable Sports noted that after Charvarius Ward and Sauce Gardner generated some pass breakups on Wednesday, Jones didn't shy away from either defender on Day 2, and completed "successful 10-plus-yard dig routes."Jones finished Thursday completing 7-of-9 passes, although he did throw an interception.
