The Kansas City Chiefs have an injury concern with wide receiver Cyrus Allen after he came down with an issue during training camp practice on Saturday.According to ESPNs Nate Taylor, Allen collided with a teammate during the session and needed help getting off the field before he ultimately left in a cart.As of now, it appears hes dealing with a left knee injury, Taylor added.Cyrus Allen collided with Kaiir Elam as a gunner on a special teams punt rep. Allen stayed down with his helmet buried in the turf & then needed help to get off the field, Taylor wrote.
