Earlier this week, The i Paper reported Newcastle consider the England international unequivocally not for sale and internally view him as untouchable under new head coach Matthias Jaissle. Fabrizio Romano has also confirmed Manchester United have internally approved Hall as a target, although he has consistently stressed Newcastle have no intention of selling the 21-year-old.Hall remains under contract until 2029, placing Newcastle in a strong negotiating position.
