Conor McGregor, reclining shirtless in the sun, provided the latest post-surgery update near palm trees and the beach and with his right knee in what appeared to be a brace.The UFC star said he had surgery this week on an injured ACL and meniscus that he apparently injured during his comeback fight July 11.What's up folks? Let's go."McGregor, 38, has said he hopes to return to the octagon by next summer and finish his UFC contract that has one fight left.In the video, he said he wanted to give a shout out to Dominic Cruz, the retired UFC fighter who returned from multiple ACL tears and reclaimed the bantamweight title. He also mentioned former UFC star George St. Pierre and Tom Brady, other athletes who recovered from knee injuries similar to McGregors.These are my motivation here, especially the fighting boys, McGregor said.
