Malik Nabers | IMAGN IMAGES via Reuters ConnectWHITE SULPHUR SPRINGS, W.Va Wide receiver Malik Nabers, slowly working back from his torn ACL, did his usual workload on Friday at New York Giants training camp, doing individual drills and routes on air. He simply looked the best he has this summer doing it.Nabers moved fluidly and was willing to plant and cut hard off his surgically repaired leg.Ive noticed that, too, said head coach John Harbaugh. I feel like Allie (Allison Boudreau, coordinator of rehabilitation and return to play) shes worked with him. Shes been working on situations where youre off-balance, landing off-balance, in unpredictable type situations that youre going to get rather than just doing normal rehab and then going out there and all of a sudden being surprised by the awkwardness of football. Try to create those as much as you can.Harbaugh said Nabers will be working his way back into practice more and more as we go here.Burns limitedNew York Giants edge defender Brian Burns was limited at practice. He did some 11-on-11 work, but not not a lot.Burns is just working through his ankle, Harbaugh said. Monitored his reps today.JMS leaves practice earlyCenter John Michael Schmitz left practice early, with Harbaugh saying he got his bell rung. We will have to wait to find out if Schmitz is in the concussion protocol.Skattebo working into shapeRunning back Cam Skattebo had a limited workload as he comes back from his dislocated ankle. I think its natural. Hes probably working through the football shape coming off the rehab, Harbaugh said. Thats what that was. It wont be a serious injury at all.
