Tennessee will host Xavier for an exhibition basketball game at Food City Center.The contest between the Vols and Musketeers is scheduled for Oct. 15. A game time and broadcast information will be announced at a later date.The contest will be the first of two exhibition games for Tennessee. The Vols will also play Duke at Cameron Indoor Stadium in Durham, North Carolina on Oct. 20.Tennessee will host an exhibition game against a Division I opponent at Food City Center for a third consecutive year.Tennessee and Xavier have played 17 times in the regular season games. The Vols lead the series, 12-5. Tennessee is 7-1 in games contested in Knoxville.The schools last played on Nov. 29, 2013, in Paradise, Island, Bahamas, with the Vols earning a, 64-49, victory in the Battle 4 Atlantis.
