The Los Angeles Angels fired pitching coach Mike Maddux, bullpen coach Dom Chiti and assistant pitching coach Darryl Scott on Tuesday.They also announced Tim Leveque as the interim pitching coach and Michael Wuertz as the interim bullpen coach.The Angels hired all three of their pitching coaches in the offseason, as the Angels overhauled their coaching staff. Each of the three coaches had one-year contracts.
