Whether that is accomplished by getting as many first choice players game situation minutes or progressing them back into the swing of things with limited time is a question best answered by the significant amounts of information, data, and health / fitness assessments available to the club and not to us. Basically what Im saying is we shouldnt read anything into who plays and for how long.One thing I would keep an eye on (and take with appropriate preseason grains of salt) is who looks good individually. The team stuff will come when the right combinations of players are on the field together. So far this preseason, Kai Havertz, Chritos Tzolis, and Martin degaard have looked particularly good. Max Dowman is playing well and pushing for more regular involvement once the season starts.
