The New England Patriots are down an offensive lineman.According to ESPNs Mike Reiss, the Patriots placed guard Andrew Rupcich on injured reserve on Saturday.Rupcich went down with a leg injury at the Patriots' training camp practice on Thursday. He is set to miss the entire 2026 NFL season as a result of the move. The veteran offensive lineman was set to be a key reserve for the Patriots at left guard, as well as at center next season.The Culver-Stockton product last played in the 2024 season for the Tennessee Titans. He played two seasons with the team prior to signing with New England in 2025.The Patriots added to their offensive line just before Rupcich was placed on IR, by signing offensive linemen Darrian Dalcourt and Joe Michalski.
