The Texans plan to sign veteran tight end Foster Moreau to bolster their blocking, per a league source.Moreau, a former Las Vegas Raiders fourth-round draft pick, played for the New Orleans Saints the past three seasons under a three-year, $12 million deal.He caught seven passes for 59 yards last season in 11 games.
