De acordo com informação do jornalista turco Yağız Sabuncuoğlu, o Eyüpspor, clube da primeira divisão da Turquia, fez uma proposta para contratar o arqueiro tricolor.

Marcos Felipe tem vínculo com o Esquadrão de Aço até o fim de 2027. Ao todo, ele disputou 147 jogos com a camisa tricolor. Com os goleiros em baixa e sem passar confiança, o Bahia tentou contratar o costariquenho Patrick Sequeira, mas esbarrou nos altos valores pedido pelo Casa Pia, de Portugal.
