I definitely can say for myself that there’s some fatigue, so I just have got to go get some rest and reset the mind. Because my body’s good. For me, personally, my portion of the short program was very good yesterday and Daniil and I, we know we can do a good long, we can do a good competition. We’ve had a lot of improvement this year, so it’s just resetting the mind, getting some rest, and then moving forward. (on coming to Warsaw Cup) Anytime we can come and represent our country, that’s amazing. At the end of the day, this is just ice skating. It’s just one program and by the time we do another program, everyone’s going to forget about this program. There’s always another performance. We all love figure skating and we love to show it off and we love to watch it. We also like to get to experience new places, new cities. It’s absolutely amazing. Alysa Liu (USA) 1./214.27 SB It does mean a lot that I'm able to honestly just be at such a big competition like the Grand Prix in general. Whether I'm on the podium or not, I'm glad that I was able to take that stage and perform. Although, I do wish I performed a little bit better, there were a few things that I would definitely elevate. But I'm just really glad that my devotion to creation has led me to this point. I didn't like how my jumps were today, but I tied my skates a little bit too tight when I went out there, I kind of do things like last minute. So now that it's confirmed I'm going to the Grand Prix Final, I do really want to have my Gaga program ready for that. But if it's not fully ready, aI don't want to do it. We've been working on the choreography because we have a pretty good blueprint of the music. Marjorie Lajoie/Zachary Lagha (CAN) 2./197.16 SB Marjorie: We're very proud and happy with our skate and the result. It means a lot for us to finish second here. We worked really hard in between Skate Canada and Skate America. We only had a week and a half and I think we did a pretty good job. Zachary: We have a lot of energy when we skate, and the short program shows that, and that's the card we're playing. It's also kind of an homage to sports in general. That was the thought process behind it. For the free, I really enjoy to skate on classical music, and I think that we're trying to deepen our connection between each other. We had some difficulties, but it was skating skills. But we're very happy. It's better than in France. I think we tried to focus less on the elements and more on the program. Today was better, but still we're not perfect. We're working towards that goal, but the elements were the same (as in France). It didn't improve or anything.
