File Photo by Archie Carpenter/UPIApril 23 (UPI) -- The Baltimore Ravens picked up the fifth-year option on wide receiver Zay Flowers' rookie deal, keeping him under contract through 2027.Sources told ESPN, The Athletic and the Schultz Report about the move on Thursday. Flowers would make about $27.2 million in 2027 under the teams of the pact.Flowers, who joined the Ravens as the No. 22 overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, made the Pro Bowl each of the last two years. He totaled a career-high 86 catches for 1,211 yards, with six total scores, over 17 starts last season.Flowers made 237 catches for 3,128 yards and 16 touchdowns over the first 50 appearances of his NFL career.The Ravens started their off-season program April 6. They held voluntary minicamp Monday through Wednesday.
