The Baltimore Ravens plan to sign veteran offensive lineman Hakeem Adeniji, according to ESPNs Jeremy Fowler, adding another experienced and versatile blocker to a unit that has undergone significant change this offseason.Adeniji worked out for the Ravens before the team decided to add him. The 28-year-old has appeared in 55 regular-season games with 16 starts since entering the NFL as a sixth-round pick of the Cincinnati Bengals in 2020. He spent last season with the Dallas Cowboys, appearing in 12 games and making one start at left guard. They signed Denver Nuggets' Spencer Jones to a two-year, $12 million offer sheet.So, what exactly is an NBA offer sheet? It's a contract that restricted free agents sign. Their original team will have 48 hours to either match it or see them leave for a new basketball home. In this case, the Nuggets will have until 10:59 p.m. CT on Sunday, July 26 to make a decision.Offer sheets are only a possibility for restricted free agents. After going undrafted in the 2024 NBA draft, Jones spent two seasons on the Nuggets. He eventually worked his way up from a two-way player to getting converted to a standard deal in Feb. 2026.Jones averaged 5.5 points on 50.4% shooting and 3.3 rebounds this past season. He shot 39.6% from 3 on 2.2 attempts. The 25-year-old was a starter in 37 out of his 64 regular-season games.
