They need to upgrade their offense by adding a right-handed hitting outfielder, another reliever due to Brad Keller's injury, and a new starting pitcher amid some major struggles from the No. 5 spot and Aaron Nola.All of those areas of need have to be addressed for this Phillies team to have a chance come October, if they even make it there. So, of those three needs, is there one more likely to be resolved than the others?ESPN's Buster Olney revealed that there is one position the Phillies "will most certainly" add by the August 3 MLB trade deadline, and that position is the No. 5 starter.Phillies 'will most certainly' add SP help by trade deadline"Aaron Nola has struggled, and the No. 5 spot in the rotation has been a mess," Olney writes. "The Phillies will most certainly add a veteran starting pitcher before the deadline."Philadelphia has been trying out multiple different starting pitchers at that fifth spot this season, initially handing the keys to Andrew Painter, who struggled with an ERA north of 7.00 to begin his big league career.Alan Rangel and Brian Keller got turns next in that spot, and they've also gone through a bullpen game or two this season. Seattle Seahawks sophomore quarterback Jalen Milroe is a bit of a forgotten man at training camp. Drafted as a developmental quarterback last offseason, it was easy to forget about Milroe after Sam Darnold left no doubt that he's the face of the franchise. Well, the sophomore signal caller just reminded Seahawks fans that he's still an intriguing talent with an impressive practice at Tuesday's training camp session.Milroe enjoyed the best practice of his Seahawks career on Tuesday. That was the general sentiment reported by those in attendance. Darnold is entrenched as the starter and will probably sign an extension next offseason to avoid being in a contract year. Veteran backup Drew Lock is the obvious No. 2, but Lock finds himself on an expiring contract.If Milroe continues developing in the appropriate direction, perhaps he'll be trusted to be Darnold's backup next season. That would allow the Seahawks the freedom to let Lock sign elsewhere in free agency next offseason. Giannis steps in as the #1 guy for Erik Spoelstra, but he is not alone because he will be starting alongside Bam Adebayo.Bobby Portis knows he is part of the league's best frontcourtCombining Giannis and Bam in the same frontcourt is already dangerous for most opponents. They will struggle scoring against them because these two are arguably the best defenders in the league.Offensively, they are also elite, with Giannis standing as the #1 option. (Photo by Cooper Neill/Getty Images) | Getty ImagesDakota Ditcheva has become the face of the PFL, and one of the most marketable fighters in the sport, but even as she hits the prime of her career at 27 years old, shes already thinking about the day she calls it a career.As she prepares for her return to action for the first time in over a year after dealing with injuries, Ditcheva recently mentioned that she was eyeing retirement by 32, but thats not exactly a steadfast deadline. Instead, Ditcheva clarified those remarks by explaining why shes even talking about retirement at this stage of her career, especially as shes just now starting to reach her true potential.I think that is what Ive seen my whole life is fighters say you know Im just fighting basically for the money now or Im fighting just because I cant let go of it, Ditcheva explained when speaking to MMA Fighting. I dont want to be in a position where I cant let go of fighting. I want to be able to love other things at the same time. Thats my goal. Im not saying 32, but I do want a family and children, and thats a very hard thing to build when youre putting so much into your career.I live a single life, all the time, its so difficult to even think about one day having a family and its important to me. I feel like I have to have that cutoff in the back of my mind to be like, I can be done with it at this age and move onto something else. I dont want to be one of them people thats like oh yeah, Im going to retire and then has to come back until Im 38. I dont want to do that.Ditcheva definitely has a lot more she wants to accomplish in the sport before she retires, but shes also well aware that even some of the best fighters in the history of the sport struggle to walk away when its time.She learned a valuable lesson about the difficulty she might face one day when thinking about retirement after she ran through the PFL womens flyweight tournament, which crowned her as champion at the end.I feel like us as fighters are never satisfied, Ditcheva said. I felt it already winning a PFL world championship tournament. I thought I was going to be like oh my god, Ive got this crazy feeling like Ive done it! I was over it in two days. Our careers are always going to be like that. Were going to have this really big high and then its like now what?Ditcheva has also gained a lot of valuable advice about the right time to walk away from fighting from her mother, who was a multi-time kickboxing champion during her own career.My moms always made it really clear to me that one of her biggest mistakes was she never set herself [up] for after fighting, Ditcheva said. Thats why she says to me now youve got to know your worth, youve got to get paid right, youve got to go into business and put your money in the right places and also you want to be a public figure that can go into other things like commentating, or I can run a gym afterwards, or I can do a bit of modeling somewhere, or I can be an actor. Thats kind of where Im at with all this.Right now, Ditcheva is solely focused on her next fight at the PFL New York City card in July and then hopefully getting more active after missing so much time with a hand injury.But acknowledging that she doesnt want to fight forever just makes Ditcheva that much more motivated to accomplish everything she wants before time runs out.While shes not saying 32 years old is definitively when shes done with fighting, Ditcheva also doesnt want to overstay her welcome or stick around MMA for the wrong reasons.Thats why shes already thinking about a future beyond MMA but thats still years away from now.I dont want to be 32 thinking yeah, Im going to retire and now Im like now what? Ditcheva said. I want to set a time and OK Im 32, Im done, lets move onto something else or 33, that type of thing. I just want to not be a person thats going to be here forever.
